Melanie Iverson Rudd
CO-FOUNDER + PRESIDENT
Melanie (Iverson) Rudd believes in the power of building courage, confidence and community. She is the founder of the Mosaic District, a female co-working space near downtown Fargo, ND, and co-founder of She Overcomes.
As a serial entrepreneur with a formal education in mass communications, with an integrated emphasis in public relations and advertising, she’s worked over a decade helping small businesses, along with helping dozens of nonprofits globally. Utilizing her education and experience, Melanie has also raised $1 million to fight human trafficking, impacting hundreds of thousands of people in over 23 countries. After serving Syrian and Iraqi refugees in the Middle East, her philanthropic work brought her to Iraq while ISIS was still in control in 2017 to support a female-ran humanitarian organization based out of Israel. Melanie took her experience and knowledge to a greater platform when she ran for Mrs. North Dakota International 2020 and won the title.
Today, she loves international travel, hiking and all things on or near water. In her spare time, she enjoys her three children, Carter, Grayce and Phoenix. You can learn more about Melanie here.
