Cairn serves as Marvin’s Community Relations Manager, where she focuses on working with and listening to community partners to build long-term relationships and develop meaningful solutions to complex issues. Before joining Marvin, Cairn served in various roles supporting causes throughout rural America to bring community members to the table to address challenges and celebrate successes. As a community leader, Cairn is a strong advocate for community service, serving as a board member, committee member and volunteer for a variety of organizations across the Fargo-Moorhead area. In her free time, she enjoys fostering animals with Homeward Animal Shelter, reading, traveling and trying new experiences (checking off that bucket list).
