Allison is the Director of Operations at International Marketing Systems, LTD, an e-commerce company dedicated to running its operations entirely out of Fargo. With a strong background in leadership and a passion for driving business growth, Allison plays a key role in overseeing the company’s operations. Allison is dedicated to leveraging her skills to help shape the company’s strategy and give back to each of the employees within the organization.   

Allison holds both a bachelor’s degree in business management as well as a bachelor’s in psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She takes great pride in operationalizing and creating systems for productivity wherever she goes. Outside of work, Allison is a passionate traveler and trip planner who thrives on helping others create unforgettable travel experiences. Known for her meticulous planning and wealth of knowledge, she takes pride in designing seamless itineraries that cater to the unique needs of her network.
